I don't really know much about tca peel but I broke out with 9 zits after a lactic acid peel. My face was itcy after the lactic acid peel and the next day I had 5 new zits and the day after 4 new zits. I managed to get most of my new acne under control with a salacyic acid 20% peel but now I will have 9 more red marks 
I am pretty sure I am allergic to the lactic acid that's why it broke me out maybe your allergic to the tca peel? Try using a salacyic peel to eradicate your new acne and maybe try lactic acid to help with the red marks. I read a lot of great reviews on lactic acid, too bad I am allergic to it:(
