Iam on my 5th pill and no dryness or chapped lips.

Anywhere from the first week to the first month. Everyone's different. Actual results might not develop until your final month on Accutane (especially if you have nodular lesions).

Ok sigh. Am also in a low dose.i20 mg a day.

It took about 2 weeks for my lips to get dry, and my skin got super dry shortly after. As well I stopped sweating entirely and didn't have to wash my hair as frequently.
