Hey, I'm new here and want to know what the heck is going on with my face.

I'm 19 (almost 20), female, and I've had light - moderate acne for my whole teenagerhood. I moved from the US to the UK a year ago and that made my breakouts significantly worse. My forehead and nose are really oily. Usually I just have typical blackheads and whiteheads, but a couple weeks ago I got this hard bump on my forehead that took a week to go away. It just sat there, a bit dark/reddish coloured and no head. Now I have two more, including a giant painful one on my chin.

Google suggested it might be cystic acne, and led me here... I've never had these things before and they're freaking me out.

At the moment I'm using Duac Gel and oil free moisturiser in the morning and Zineryt at night, and I wash my face in the morning with Simple facewash. But for the past week I had to replace the Zineryt with more Duac because my lovely UK pharmacy couldn't get my prescription for me on time. Just got my prescription filled today, though. I also take Loestrin birth control for my periods and acne, which helps a bit.

So I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to get rid of these freaky bumps. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

PS: I'm pesco-vegetarian, if that counts for anything.
