Hi,
I have a simple question. Does anyone ever heard that pilonidal cyst might couse of acne on face and back?

I haven't. I had a pilonidal cyst removed from my tailbone quite a few years ago. The only thing my derm ever linked it to was hidradenitis suppurativa. (which is sort-of similar to acne on the back)
