I have been looking at information about the regimen on this website for a while, and got the impression that it does lots of good for adult acne but am not sure if its a good answer for teenage acne? or are they both the same thing?
i have mild/moderate acne. Sometimes leans toward the moderate side, more mild side on other days.I am 16 and have had acne since about 14. Should i give the regimen a go?

The regimen is great for all ages. Though it's pretty strict in its demand for time (15-20 minutes wait between application of topicals), many users have enormous success with it (if followed properly).

Yes! I've been using the regiment since I was 15 years old and Dan's products have been the only thing that has ever worked for me. I've used neutrogena, murad, olay, clean & clear, clearasil, etc and those products have only made my acne worse. The ingredients in Dan's regimen are all natural fragrance free so even people with very sensitive skin (such as myself) can use it. The only thing I would say to look out for how much to apply on your face. If you have a smaller face, then don't use adult size dosages of BP that Dan uses. Good luck!

Yeah I just wear concealer (maybelline fit me) but make sure whatever makeup you use doesn't break you out and you KNOW it doesn't or the regimen won't work well . He says to lay off makeup but I've been using it since I've had acne and it's hard for me but hopefully soon I don't have to wear anymore ;) well my skin still looks a bit crappy in makeup and it will look like that for weeks or a few months . My skin is actually getting better but it's still a bit dry/flaky so be sure you can handle it , it sucks -_- . Make sure you semove your makeup very well at night , I use Extra virgin olive oil and just massage for a few minutes , rise with warm water as much as I can and then cleanse .
