It has been since 2003 since my last round of Isoterin and I recall just using mostly vaseline on my lips all day what is the latest and greatest for the dry lips I am a week in on 80mg and I can feel it starting to dry my lips, THANKS.

Hey
Not sure if you are UK or US based. I'm based in England. I found 2 products...one splurge Clarins Lip Quench (£17) & one save....Blistex MedLips (£2)
I tend to find that vaseline doesn't sink properly...but hey, that may just be me!!!

Aquaphor is the best. No taste/smell. Works wonders.

I use Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream. It's more of a balm than a cream. I'm not on Claravis or Accutane but I have flakey dry lips non the less and I find it the best. You can get it in a stick like a lip balm but it's better value for money to get the tube.
