If you have a concealer, that's your best bet right now. If you don't have any, try powder? lol.

Try using a q tip and dab it in some Hydrogen Peroxide and hold it on the spot for about 10-15 seconds and rub the q tip around the pimple it will help take away the redness similar to the eye drop trick but MUCH better.
