hi so i had clear skin for few months i got married and then now i am pregnant and i started getting bunches of tiny zits on cheeks near my nose my skin feels and looks weird .these zits are flesh coloured bumps...i dont know which products i can use during pregnancy so plz help

Most over the counter products will be safe (i.e. benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid). Avoid retinoids (topical or oral), as they are known teratogens. Tetracyclines are relatively safe, but the baby would have an increased risk for excessive calcification of the bones, as well as discolouration of the teeth (known side effects in adults, as well).
