I'm currently on accutane and on my nose there are a bunch of blackheads. I was wondering what I can use to get them out with something that is not very irritating.
It seems like I just need to get that first layer of skin off somehow and just squeeze out the gunk. Anything?

AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) or BHA (beta hydroxy acid A.K.A. salicylic acid) sounds like a good match. Most users don't experience a lot of irritation, they're available in an innumerable amount of over the counter products, and they'll help in sloughing off the dead skin you described.
