Physical Exercise And Red Marks.

Hello,

I just wonder if physical exercise helps a little with healing red marks, in the way that physical exercise increases blood flow to the face.

I know that this helps very little (if it does), but if i know that physical exercise does good for my red marks, then i will feel more motivated to exercise.

Does anyone know?

I think it really depends...I have heard that it has been beneficial for some people, but I also hear that it has made their red marks worse. Some people think that it makes their red marks better because it does increase blood flow and it also releases toxins. Some people think it makes their red marks worse because the sweat can be irritating. I personally think it makes my skin look better and exercising makes me feel better too. So i say try exercising for a little bit and judge for yourself, it makes you red marks look better than by all means continue. If it makes them worse then you can discontinue or try moderating your exercises, so that you do not sweat as much. Overall we all know that exercising is good for your phyisical and mental health, so I will always adovocate it, but try it for yourself and see how it works out. Good luck :)
