So For about 7 years I've had this tiny looking bumps on my chest, you can't really see them but I can feel them when I'm washing my chest and usually around winter a few become red and it looks like I have tiny red pimples all over my chest. Note: during winter is when there more noticeable then during the summer or fall. Usually they fade away within a few days like 3-4 days. I've tried SA and BP an it doesn't help. So Is there anything I can do or use to treat this, I'm really tired of having to deal with this always espeially during winter. I avoid showing my chest because of it. Is it acne ?? I doesn't have pus or anything, there just small goosebumps that turn red . I'd appreciate any feedback thanks

All skin irritations are do to a Food Allergy/Intolerance/Sensitivity. Yours sounds comparible to "seasonal allergies". Now's the time to get tested and then avoid your Food Allergy during this time of year. You might want to consider avoiding it all together as other issues may arise over time.
