Stick With A Normal Face Cleaner Or Use Anti-Acne Foam?

Right now I am simply using an oil removing, dirt removing cleanser.

Should I use an "anti-acne foam with 2% salicylic acid"?

I don't really understand why there are so many different face cleaning products!
Does an "anti-acne foam" remove dirt as well?

EDIT: Or maybe even switch to one that does both? http://www.cleanandc...ning-astringent
