hi guys, just wondered if i drank alcohol (over xmas) whilst on accutane what would happen? im only on 20 mg per day at the mo and im taking steroids for inflammatory? cheers luke.

hey luke. I'm on accutane as well (40 mg per day) & have drank alcohol while on it (2-3 drinks). I didn't notice anything different, and my blood work for the nxt month was fine. Just remember to hydrate realllllllllllllllllly well as accutane + alcohol = total dehydration. However, I wouldn't binge drink while on it. It's not really good for your liver.
