I usually reach home at 17 00 and my face is super oily. At about 00 00 when i go to sleep , it becomes oily again. So when should i wash my face, at 17 00 or 00 00 ?

(in the morning i wash my face at 06 30 )

I'd say somewhere in between. Do you exercise in the evening? It'd be a great way to relieve your pores before washing! You could also use oil pads/brown paper towels to relieve the buildup, but I'm not a fan as it seems to reproduce excessively.

As Kyle said, somewhere in between would probably be best. You want to aim for once every 12 hours (or twice a day). Don't worry if you're skin's oily by the time you go to bed (unless it's truly uncomfortable). Washing it later won't improve your skin, and, if anything, will only arouse more irritation (as you're washing twice in a 6 hour window).

Personally if I get in from work and my skin feels oily i'll just jump in the shower and cleanse my face lightly with my cleanser [no BP at this stage, just moisturizer]. I would then do my whole regimen just before bed as normal. Having an oil build up is never good to just leave.
