I heard lots of great reviews about Olay Regenerist 3 point serum which contains Niacinamides as one of its main ingredients. I've used it for about 5 days now and already I can see improvements. My skin looks brighter and I have little to no acne.
However, I did some research on this ingredient and there has been a lot of mixed opinions about it. Scientists have done experiments on yeast using niacinamides and results have shown that it is actually pro-aging in the long term even though it shows good results in the short term. Yet other doctors claim that this might not be factual because the experiment was done on yeast and its hard to apply those results to actual human skin.

So now I'm confused. Are Niacinamides good or bad? I don't want my skin to age prematurely. Has anyone had experience with Niacinamides before?
