Hey guys. Well I've been looking at my face and its not improving. I'm taking antibiotics which are the only thing that is working for me right now. The spots are the only visible thing on my face. Please give me some good advice. I am trying to convince my parents to take me to a derm but they just cannot miss a day at work. This is so stressing and I can't even look at a girl in the eyes because I know she looks at my face. No confidence like a I used to. Hope you guys read this and actually give me advice

Hey I know what you're feeling right now, I'm going through an initial breakout and my skin is at an all time low, can't even go out without feeling crappy.
As for your pics, you ask if it's "acne or scars," well it appears from your photos to be both. You don't have any cysts which is the good news, just some whiteheads and some papules/pustules, which is probably your antibiotic doing the work, getting rid of your active acne.
the bad news it looks like you have quite a bit of scarring. Looks like a mix between some deeper scars (icepick scars) and superficial scarring, which is where you get that red/purplish tone on that area. You need to use topicals that will help the scars heal faster...are you using any topicals on your face currently? You can get those prescribed by your doc or derm. In the meatime, you have to be patient..these scars will take months to heal..good diet is important.

Thanks. Really, I don't feel like I can return to my normal skin.
Morning:
Wash my face with antibacterial soap [Non-specific]
or 10% BP.
School:
Don't touch my face at all !
Night:
Wash with antibacterial soap[Non-specific]
Antibiotics.
In july 2011, I was starting to get spots on my face, no acne, just very light spots on my face.
I moved to Chicago where I Couldn't sleep atleast 8 hours, Only had junk food, and Was very humid! I would sleep in my Sweat!
And then the spots started to get more darker. (just a little)
I moved back to Alabama and my skin just went nuts! Nothing but Spots on my face! I was prescribed alot of creams and antibiotics
and now my skin looks like this! Its really frustrating. Im kind of scared since I'm 16 and I have always had soft, clear skin.
But thanks guys! Really appreciate it. Hope my skin improves

They look like PIH it will take maybe a few months to completely fade away, but you will not have severe scarring, like dents on your face. your skin will return back to normal. Looks like the antibiotics is doing its job and it's clearing you from active papules and pustules. Good thing is not cystic acne, because those can leave severe scarring . You should try using AHA, it's good with PIH, it's helping with my blemishes.
