Now i just cut it one time rub it on for a few minutes give it another cut and rub again and then throw the potato and dont wash , doing this before sleep and in the morning after i wash my face

Should i do it diffrently and is there a way to keep the potato ? (maybe in the refrigerator?)
My potatos are a little green is that bad ?
