I want to get the best benefits of both.. but I don't want to use BP more than once a day.
Should I use AHA+ twice a day and just do BP at night? Or BP at night and AHA in the morning? Or the reverse?
I know that both increase sun sensitivity and AHA has lichalcalone(sp?) that can make me smell like licorice.
My thoughts:
At night your skin is working hardest to heal itself. So what would help it most? My guess: AHA
Second. Which of the two is is worse to have on in sunlight?
Thanks

Aha gives the skin a strange look, so I would suggest to use AHA at night.

I don't think Aha gives a strange look and that doesn't really answer the q. Right now I'm using bp at night and spot treating with aha and a sulfur/resorcinol cream. Then in the mornings I put aha everywhere and sunscreen after it dries.
For washing I use a mild gentle cleanser with gse added by me (15ish drops).
Also just started using a witch hazel toner after cleansing.
Seems to be helping. I've only got one maybe 2 new pimples in the past week.
