Hey guys, so I had a lot of those really annoying under the skin pimples without a head, like clusters of them. I went to the doctors about it, and they prescribed me Duac gel. I've been using it for about two weeks now, and still have quite a few of the pimples, and in other places I have a few big white heads.
Just wondering if that's because the Duac is bringing the pimples to a head, in order to heal them? A lot of people have said that Duac has managed to clear a lot of their acne up within two weeks, well this definitely isn't the case for me, I can't really tell if it's getting better or worse :/ Has anyone used it before, and if so did you get an initial break out & how long did it take until you could notice a definite improvement?
Also any recommendations for a good moisturiser that's not too expensive to use with this stuff, because as you all know benzyl peroxide is very drying on the skin, and I have eczema as well so it's really not helping! Atm I use Clean & Clear dual action, with salicylic acid in it, I think I may need something that's not as strong though. Bare in mind I'm in the UK!
Thanks!

As for the moisturizer, I use Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Shine Control Moisturiser (http://www.boots.com...isturiser_8379/), its fairly cheap compared to other things I have tried and controls the shine on my face well, it doesn't seem to block pores either so I can recommend it.
Also take a look at Cetaphil moisturising lotion, it is expensive but you do get more as it is a bigger bottle and will last longer, works great too (http://www.boots.com...-236ml_1238608/)
Good luck
