Lately I've been reading a lot of posts from in here, so I decided to create a user, and make my own post.
Around a week ago I read that Zinc should be good for your skin, and after 2-3 years of pimples, I've nearly tried the most.
It started when I was 13, and I am now 16.
I bought these "Zinklet" pills from my health store in Denmark. And after a week, I'm starting to clear a little bit up.
After a few hours research I figured that B5-vitamines should be really good aswell, so I decided to supply with those aswell.
They're called "Pantothenat - Medic - Vitamin B5 - 50mg, with 100 tablets".
Finally to my questions.
1). The zinc pill should be 22mg. Atm I'm taking 22mg/day. What would you recommend? I know it lesses the copper in my body.
2). How many of the B5 pills should I be taking @ day? Because the bottle says "50mg". I've read a little regarding overdoses and such.
