turns out i had several food allerges, bannana, dairy and some ingrediant in chinease food, and eat these, except dairy, alot. Before i used to drink this fruit smothie that had bannana in it 2 times a day, so that might have been the cause of these spots i have been having on my jawline area. ill keep posted

about five weeks later and the redness has more or less subsided, but i still get the odd breakout now and then, so ive started using apple cider vinegar as a cleanser since ive heard good things about it. Also since removing the allerges from my diet my jawline acne has faded now, so i would highly recommend getting a food intolerance test done

I have been following the woman in the YT video for ages and can assure you she's no dumb teenager! For a start she's 24 and suffered very badly from acne as a teenager. In her YT videos, Bubz has been really upfront about how she dealt with her skin problems and in amongst her wide range of video topics (!) are quite a few gems on skin care - like this one on using oatmeal. She believes in being very gentle to your skin and using natural products, so if you search her YT channel, you'll find lots of great skin tips for people with sensitive skin.

I usually wash my makeup off with Cetaphil gentle cleanser before using the oatmeal as a scrub. I've been using it for like 2 weeks and it has deinitely helped with the redness and I also see an improvement in the texture of my skin. I have not broken out since I started using it ( except a little on the jawline and neck. I havent used the oatmeal in those areas.)
I think its definitely worth a try, its cheap.
