Has anyone shopped from here? The prices are ridiculously low! Could it possibly be dodgy? :S
Also I was thinking of purchasing some Vitamin A here and there seems to be so many different types.. could someone tell me what the difference is and which one I should pick?

Hey, I've purchased a handful of supplements from there! It's a damn good site.
I think the amount you would want to start at is dependent on your own body's need for vitamin A. And most of the brands on there are reputable brands so you can't go wrong! Hope that helped

Yes, Vitacost is legit.
You want a form of Vitamin A that is fat-soluble and chemically similar to retinol, such as retinyl palmitate, acetate or retinoic acid. Beta-carotene is not Vitamin A so skip it altogether. Take it with some form of fat such as fish/meat/some healthy oil. At 10000 IU a day, I would cut the pill in half to avoid possible toxicity or take one every few days. I'd personally find a "solid" pill or capsule instead of a softgel. Too much Vitamin A is bad and can actually kill you or cause liver problems
