Terrible Forehead Craters/pitts - Help!

Attached is a photo of my severe forehead scars which are getting me really down. Can anyone give me any advice how to improve these scars; I know fixing them is not realistic, but improvement would be great.
Im looking for advice that HAS and WILL work, not some obscure theory that may. Over the counter suggestions welcome, though ive read they are useless against craters. So im mainly looking for surgical procedures.
Just looking for any help you could give me. Im in a bad place atm.
Regards.

Anyway my plan is to first self treat with a dermastamp or dermaroller in conjuction with some topicals like terproline/vitamin C/tretinoin as well as LED lights. If things don't improve much after one to two years of time perhaps I'll add in a series of saline injections. Can't start doing anything now though as I'm still on Accutane and will have to wait after my course finishes. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress if you can!
