What Can I Do About Butt Acne?

Does anyone know what you can do about butt acne? I have tried persa clear acne cream but it's not working.

It could be caused my irritation. Like if your pants rub there too much, it might results in acne. Try wear more loose clothing/undergarments and see if it helps.

Drink lots of water! and change your underwear everyday and don't wear tight underwear.

I use glycolic acid to exfoliate parts of my body prone to acne (butt is one... back another). The body can tolerate stronger strengths of glycolic acid. I have used up to 50%. Not too often. Once or twice a week at most. It has worked for me.

I've had this pretty much all throughout my teen years, I use heads and shoulders classic clean, because of the Zinc content that's in the shampoo and heard that zinc helps with rear acne and acne on other places throughout the body. It could also be folliculitis, it may not necessarily be acne. If you sweat a lot it could also be the cause of rear acne. I've noticed during the summer I would breakout in areas where there's sweat if I don't wash where the sweat was, this includes the rear. If your going to use H&S, I'd start using it every other day to see how your skin reacts, if you use it too much you might get a rash.
