I heard so many things about zinc, and I was interested in taking it but something has stopped me in my tracks. Does zinc increase or effect testosterone?
I am taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo currently because I produce too much testosterone, and sooooooooooo would zinc be a bad supplement to take?
