Will Epiduo Get Rid Of Clogged Pores?

I've been on Epiduo (retinoid) for about three months and my inflamed acne is better but I still have a lot of clogged pores under my skin. Will these inevitably become inflamed? Will Epiduo get rid of them eventually? Should I squeeze them out or not?

if u can afford it, i suggest going to get microdermabrasion (sorry if spelled wrong). I had a terrible breakout and the micro got right into my skin and its so smooth!! All the big blackheads gone!

were you dry or irritated after the microderm? I have so many clogged pores lodged in the corner of my mouth and down toward my chin that i cant attack each one individually, I will be a mess
