im not sure how much everyone picks there face but i do it bad. i often leave myself with a wound that is either bleeding or weeping. what are your tips for helping it heal? i usually apply neosporin cream and cover with a band aid.. i currently have one on my chin, i apply neosporin and change the band aid every few hours. its done "weeping" and the skin seems to be new skin, completely covering the wound.. should i continue using a band aid or should i just let it air dry and heal that way?? what to do what to do....

Personally I like to get GNC Aloe Vera Gel 99%....I take a dab of it and put it on the wound. It helps to "seal" the wound and goes on to heal the skin. Normally works within the hour for me when I had the habit of picking. The only real thing you can do is stop picking and messing with your skin. Try to break the habit and not cover it up with healing tips. lol. But give that a try, plus no Band Aid required. Hope this helps, Good Luck!

I don't know where you live, but if you have a GNC, then you can pick this stuff up. I went and got the link for you of the product. They carry a cream too, but I prefer the gel. Good luck with that challenge and I wish you the best!
