I've recently developed a very strange kind of acne (on Accutane, because I've never encountered it before) that I can't seem to identify. The reason that I can't identify it is that it's completely invisible - you can't see it at all (which is why I haven't provided a picture), but it's like a small, semi-hard/semi-squishy, colourless bump that I can feel only when I apply extra pressure onto my skin. I currently have three on the right side of my face on my cheek and nowhere else. I'd say it's almost like a macrocomedone, except you just can't see it (not even way up close), only feel it... or it feels like a colourless nodule/cyst that has died down, only I never had any nodules/cysts in those exact areas to begin with. Has anybody else gotten these before and if so, did they go away over time?
