So, I'm on the acne.org regimen right now (almost 2 months, though I've been on it for different periods of time during the past couple of years). I use AHA+ as my nightly moisturizer and for most of my face it works pretty well - not amazing, since my skin does still peel unfortunately, but pretty well - but my cheeks are an area that for a pretty long time now have seemed kind of rosacea-ish: red, blotchy, dry, rough, etc etc. There are times where it's not too bad but overall it isn't something that seems to be disappearing. Now, because applying BP to that area seems to make it worse, I've had to make alterations to the regimen and for the past 2.5 weeks, I've been applying Prosacea only to that area and only at night. Not sure if it's been helping much tbh, but my question isn't about that, it's about something else: when I apply the AHA+ to my face afterwards (as a moisturizer), is applying it to my cheeks a bad idea? Because the only alternative I have is applying a different moisturizer just to my cheeks, and I just kind of want to avoid the fuss if it's not necessary. But I've read some things about AHA being bad for rosacea, soooo. Does anyone have any experience with this? (Note, I don't actually have rosacea - not that I know of, anyway. Just that patch of skin as I described above.)
Thanks
