Tried to order the Benzo cream since August and it still hasnt arrived. The package is lost. Customer service said its at my own risk to have it shipped internationally.
So why should I keep ordering anything when theres a possible chance I would pay for something that I would never receive?

I know it's frustrating, but unfortunately it's out of our hands once it is in transit. At that point it's the responsibility of the postal service or delivery company, as well as your own country who often intercepts packages. We make this clear on our shipping information page, and many people decide to take the risk anyway. I know it's disappointing but honestly there is nothing we can do if you decide to order knowing these risks. Here is our shipping information page stating the risks to certain areas. http://www.danielker...cles.asp?id=131

Also, I would be seriously surprised if customer service told you "we don't care". I'm sure you were exaggerating there.

It stinks to have wasted money, we completely understand that. Perhaps you can find suitable alternate products to do the Regimen with. If you haven't done so already, check out the International Regimen Products Forum for product suggestions you can find in your area.

Hope that helps! Posted Image

You would need to contact customer service and ask about the specific shipping methods and risks involved. I'm not up on all of the details such as that. support@danielkern.com
