Hey girls (or guys too, I guess!) I'm a little bored over here, and just got to wondering about other peoples' make-up routines! Now that my face is mostly clear (praise God!) and all I have is a bunch of flat red marks that are relatively easy to cover up, I've come to love make-up instead of despise it. Now that it can actually HIDE my blemishes, make-up allows me to go out and feel comfortable, confident, and NORMAL again!
I imagine a lot of people feel the same way, and it might be fun if we all shared our morning routines! lol, my morning make-up routine has become like a ritual. Its strange how something that I once hated to do (I HATED taking the time to put it on when I first started wearing make-up) can now be kinda relaxing!
My morning routine is pretty basic:
1. Wake-up and wash face with Neutrogena Foaming Cleanser (to remove my overnight Differin and Duac.)
2. Workout!! I love sweating my brains out, and I really thinking exercising to the point of DRIPPING in sweat really helps clear my skin out. <33333
3. Shower with Dove bar, rinse face well with lukewarm water and wash gently with Neutrogena Foaming Cleanser (very gently to avoid over-irritating.)
4. Pat dry with clean cotton towel.
5. Apply Duac to active spots (thankfully very few nowadays!)
6. Get dressed and fix my hair while Duac dries.
7. MAKE-UP TIME! I spend about 15-20 minutes concealing with Maybelline SuperStay Concealer (takes a LOT of work to blend, but I know it doesn't break me out and I'm afraid to try anything else!) I use my clean finger and a Q-tip.
8. Swipe Maybelline Pure Stay powder foundation all over (except my nose) with a sponge.
9. With clean blush brush, brush off excess powder on the sides of my nose, between my eyebrows, jawline, corners of my mouth, and between my nose and mouth. (Makes it look more natural and not so heavy.)
10. Use a damp towel to wipe any powder out of my eyebrows.
11. Swipe Cover Girl rose blush on the apples of my cheeks.
12. Apply Cover Girl dark brown water-proof washable mascara to upper lashes and dab at lower lashes.
13. Lightly pat on Maybelline Shine-Proof pressed powder on nose.
So the actual make-up time usually takes about 25-30 minutes. And its so worth it!
Your Routine!

My morning routine is kind of self explanatory in my signature, but when it comes to makeup, I switch it up a lot. Like you, I'm also at a point where my acne has faded to red spots and my skin only requires evening out the skintone.
For a lighter feeling and coverage I conceal with MAC Studio Finish SPF30 Concealer on my spots and buff on my Laura Mercier Mineral Powder SPF 15 all over my face.
For a medium feeling and a medium to full coverage I apply Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation, conceal with MAC Studio Finish Concealer, and then powder over with Laura Mercier Mineral Powder SPF 15. My avatar shows this makeup on. It's amazing because my skin is so much redder without makeup.

Wake up:
Do stuff
Wash face with dot sized amount of Image, clear cell gel cleanser
Use Rx for brown skin toner (still not sure how i feel about it) on a cotton pad
Cover places where I feel pimples want to come up with ZapZyt
Moisturize with Clear Start by Dermalogica matte spf. It minimizes the oil that comes out of my face throughout the day.
Use powder foundation maybelline waiting on my bare minerals to come in mail
L'Oreal Infallible charcoal black eyeliner
