Followed the instructions word for word and got great results. I used to have a couple days of clear skins and weeks of pimples. Now it is reversed and I have a couple of days of small, manageable pimples and most days & weeks I have clear skin!

I'm sure I could make it go away completely and keep it away if I still used it everyday but I use the regimen once a week now that I have used it straight for 3 months.


Also, I just want to give a shout out to the AHA+. It feels so great to put it on my entire face after the BP. Really feels like it is working and gives off a pleasant burning feel.



















































So, what do you guys think?

That's absolutely amazing, congrats. Can you explain more of this AHA+ and how much did it cost you?

Im doing this regimen too while I see a doctor about my hormone levels. (could take a while) but I have a couple days on it and its working good for me. I kinda like the dry skin feeling lol I guess because I have always had oily skin but for some reason the BP keeps my oil at bay. The first three days were horrible!!! I couldn't go to school because it burned so bad but now it doesn't and I am on day 5 or 6 ?

Yes just by following Dan's regimen. Also I have started drinking green tea every morning which seems to help (lots of antioxidants plus tons of other benefits)
and also drinking a lot of water throughout the day.

Chocolate and nuts are bad for me, they cause pimples almost overnight so I stay away from those and fried food and other oily foods. I do have a little bit once in a while but very small portion and in moderation. If you control your diet it will help a lot.
