I'm very sad because I feel that the 120 mg dose of cymbalta controlled my depressive symptoms well, however, I think it has caused my face to break out and so after talking to my doctor I decreased it with the aim of switching to something else. Now I feel depressed again. If you have taken cymbalta, did it aggravate your acne? Is acne a common side effect, or could it be something else besides the Cymbalta?
