Hello!

Well, I'm actually extremely happy at the moment. After the worst 3 months of my life... I think this horrible breakout might be OVER! I don't want to jinx myself, but over the past 3 weeks I've been getting less and less zits... and I've actually have had NONE on my face for 3 days now! It feels AMAZING. I'm just giddy.

But now I have a NEW problem. Even though I have no zits... my face still looks like a wreck. I have so many marks EVERYWHERE on my face...

I've NEVER had acne before (before my massive breakout in August, I'd had crystal-clear skin). I'm a complete newbie to all this... I don't know the difference between scars or "hyper-pigmentation" anything.

Can somebody look and help me out?

What kind of marks do I have? How long will it take for them to go away? Will they go away on their own, or do I need to do some sort of treatment?

Well, here are the photos... geez, its just hard to imagine that just 3 short months ago, my skin was absolutely flawless... and now it looks like this... and these photos are actually very kind; in real life, it looks worse...

It looks like PIH which will resolve itself over time, anywhere from a few weeks to a year. You can do a search on the forums for how to treat it if you don't want to wait.

It looks like scars from squeezing and being irritated, have you tried tea tree oil? that helps scarring, also citrus juice, use as a face mask and within a couple of weeks they should begin to clear. I also have a light called LMS, it's expensive but well worth the money! it treats scarring and makes spots go away quicker by getting your skin cells working and re-gennerating quicker, try it out!
