Hey Ladies, i'm thinking of getting a full body spray tan - can anyone tell me if it will actually help to hide the red marks all over my cheeks, or make them look worse? Im worried it might sink in to all my indents that are there also, but wondering if it may actually make them look better!?

I think it will look worse.. The red marks may get even darker and i think the overall result will be very blotchy.
But maybe not, I've never had a spray tan so can't tell you from experience

I would try it very light for now. I've done this in the past and it made parts of my face look dirty - pores, marks, etc. Proceed with caution!

It can help with the overall appearance of red marks. From past experiences with sunless tanning it did indeed cover or made them less noticeable. But here are a few drawbacks that also come along with a full body spray tan. If you have sensitive or acne prone skin you may experience a cosmetic reaction or clogged pores from the spray tan formulation. It's great to know the ingredients if you can get that information. Also, if you use BP or SA ( aha/bha) on your face it won't last long. The chemical exfoliation from these will remove your sunless tan very quickly. Which is exactly what you don't want to happen when you spend $$$ on a Sunless Tan. Trust me-I know. My face after a day or two ended up looking quite blotchy. Some tan spots some exfoliated spots. I did this a couple years back without the knowledge of what an AHA/BHA can do. I guess you have two options. Refrain from using those lotions on your face or don't tan your face and use a bronzer instead. I do the bronzer.

try using jergens glow lotion. you can get it any drug store and its super easy to apply. it takes a week to get the full effect but its very subtle and i never broke out from using it.
