Tiny Flesh Coloured Bumps

I've got these tiny flesh coloured bumps all over my cheecks. They can be seen in certain lighting eg:Sunlight. It can't be picked and doesn't feel itchy. It's not pimples. Is it because of heat? Please help!!! What are these?!?!

i had some of them and i went and got a facial and the esthetician extracted them. when i left i couldnt even tell she had worked on my skin. i wasnt really red or anything. find a good esthetician and have them do it for you. the place i go was having a special so i only paid $50.
