Or is it just a change in my mom's insurance....So when I first started topicals many 5-6 years ago, I believe they were less than $20....Now the Duac gel, it comes in a package, you have to buy that facewash they have with it, and it's some outrageous price, like $36 I believe (can't remember). And Tazorac....ok, I remember the tube being SO much bigger a few years ago, and it seems the size has been reduced, and it cost my mom $64 a few weeks ago with insurance! w..t...f....I'm definitely using the PEA sized drop now lol...I'm so cautious about wasting it because I'm afraid it'll soon be $100 for that friggin tube!! All my oral medications are so much cheaper than my topicals...Inflation much..

Duac and Differin are now like $38 each for me. They've gone up a few dollars. But since they work for me it's a valuable investment vs. other OTC products that don't deliver.

I wonder if it's really worth so much money and why they have to charge a fortune for it. The pharmacist told me that without any insurance, Tazorac would cost up to $200 and Duac up to $150...that is insane!

Yeah, without insurance it's insane. But whether it's worth it or not is variable. If it keeps someone clear, most people would pay it. It's so hard to find something that works without complications.

i would pay pretty much any price for tretinoin. Fortunately, it's only $40 for a tube.
