Mine did i recieved my products for the first time today and i hope they work but its not nice getting products that are leaking and burst the moisturizer was all over the other bottles and stained them yellow and it wont come out. The products are still fine even though some of the moisturizer is gone, this has never happened before and i have ordered plenty of different acne products over the years off other sites. I have read alot of comments that this has happened before to others including the pumps snapping off. They should be wrapped in bubble wrap and more foam to avoid this, its simple. I pay 60 dollars altogether and i expect better. Im not a happy first customer. This happen to any of you guys?

It happens occasionally that a bottle doesn't come fully intact. Keep in mind making this good of quality products is costly, so they try to keep costs down in all other aspects - and while this is good because it makes it more available to more people, it is also a hassle sometimes due to this sort of situation.

They used to use bubble wrap, and more foam, and I'm sure several other things before I was even on the Regimen (they've been around for years), and nothing has really solved the problem (or it was too costly to keep around). They've even tried multiple different kinds of pumps (hence the discrepencies in how many pumps to use all over the sight and youtube), but none of them have solved the problem.
