I have been able to clear my acne....the source of it was eating gluten (wheat) which is hidden in everything, it is even in soy sauce so you have to be very careful. That is why you can get a breakout from a bagel. I am still drinking coffee. I switched from milk to Almond milk which is dairy free and way less calories. I eat a little dairy but it is very little (ie a little cheese on salad). The results have been amazing for me....this won't work for everyone, but if you break out from a bagel, you may want to google gluten:)

I stopped getting lattes and frapps from starbucks because of the dairy and sugar, but started getting the "double shot on ice" with soy milk and "sugar free caramel" . Strong cheap and tasty. Also find a coffee shop that has a dark chocolate soy mocha which is actually good for stress/ inflamation if they use real pure dark chocolate that hasn't been cut with milk chocolate. Also get espresso intead of regular coffee. Espresso keeps all of the antioxidents and nutrients of the mighty coffee bean, but doesn't have all of the acids and stomach turning oils that a regular cup of coffee has. i guess some people get inflamation from caffeine derived from coffee, I don't. I do get inflamation from red bull and other energy drinks though.
All of these [insert tasty treat] = acne post are so damned depressing lol. Why can't I just use a special lotion on my face every night and eat whatever the hell I want during the day?
