1. MOST IMPORTANT PART, cut out the coffee, starbucks every morning, stop the milk, cheese, sugar, etc dairy products ....
2. drink a lot of water, healthy organic foods from whole foods ... fruits, vegetables, eat fish, wheat pasta, organic meats only .... green tea at night
3. got the Tanda blue light, and this zapper called thermaclear...and a conair facial steamer ....USED THESE PRODUCTS ....
4. Started taking Omega fish oil, ZINC, Alpha-Lipoic Acid 600 from GNC
facial steaming helped a lot with my pores,
I HAVE A CLEAR FACE, JAWLINE AND EVERYTHING IS CLEAR....... only problem I have now is, lost to much weight... don't know how to gain it back ...

Yeah, google anything you're worried about being deficient in, i.e. "foods with calcium" and you'll be surprised. Also looking up bodily functions and how they work, i.e. adrenals, lymphatic system, liver, kidneys in combination with like, "foods, herbs, and supplements that help the _____system" is pretty interesting. Grapes are starting to amaze me.
P.s. it looks like turnips and kale have more calcium as far as non-dairy goes.

Nice one. Agree with you 100%. Your first point being the most important. I can now have dairy now and then for treats (like pizza, cheese etc, probably once or twice a month) and normally get away with it, but im sure if I started eating lots of crap again would start breaking out. Do you use natural skin care products? I have had alot of success with them as well, just cant find a natural moisturiser that is non-condomogenic......

Ididit --- Your regime sounds really good and is one I am faithfully following except for the blue light, zapper and steamer. You may want to add spearmint tea to your regime. It lowers androgens just like Spironolactone but without the side-effects (google it).
I know it's hard for people to think about giving up coffee but it can make a huge difference in skin clarity...even decaf coffee seems to have acids, etc, that aren't so hot for acne prone skin. Try an herb tea but made with soy milk like a latte...can be very refreshing!

I have a question. Can I drink buttermilk? Theoretically, it should be ok right? The bacteria added to the milk breaks down the lactose sugar into smaller molecules that can be properly digested, which shouldn't give you acne right?

I tried EVERYTHING on a stubborn huge (size of my finger tip) cyst on the side of my chin. I mean everything: salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, tea tree oil, tea bags, hot compresses, cold compresses, rubbing alcohol, neosporin, cortaid, burt's bee's natural on the spot acne treatment, ibuprofen... Nothing was bringing a head to this beast and it's been there for almost a month. I onl.y get acne in the fall and winter and it's usually one or two big cysts around my chin... I also get these cysts if I eat bagels.. it sounds crazy but there is something in bagels that spikes a flare up of cysts on my chin. Summertime I am acne free and I think it is due to salt water at the beach and all the vitamin D from the sun that I get. So I decided to try epsom salt.. I've washed my face with it for 2 days now.. the size of the cyst has gone down considerably! It's about a quarter of the size it was and the pain is gone.
I'm not sure if this will work for others but honestly, this is some crazy miracle salt for me. I'm going to continue using it... I'm assuming it's pretty cheap.. I didn't have to buy any, I used an old bag laying around that my massage therapist gave me for my back pain but I'm definitely going to grab some and keep it around for future flare ups!

Can see this helping for some and its quite interesting. I always found when on holiday my skin cleared up. Even if I was eating crap, which is against everything I believe in. It was probably to do with relaxing on holiday (no stress). Or Was it the sun (probably the tan was a short term fix), salt water (never tried this), lots of swimming in a pool (have tried this at home but little difference)? Its hard to re-inact being on holiday at home lol.
