I have tried many diff supplements of vitamins, minerals and herbs.
i would say of about 70% i have tried have helped clear my acne... in the short term.
I always think i have found a "cure", and then it comes back again..
There is no consistency and i dont see why. I use the same dosage, brand time period..
Anyone?
Why Do Supplements Provide Zero Consistency?

Because supplements alone won't necessarily cure you if you're still doing everything else wrong?

Then why in the short term do they seem to do exactly that??

Because there's variation in your lifestyle habits and acne isn't static. Before I cleared my skin once and for all, I still had days where I had no active pimples. Then a day later I'd have one or two new ones. Then the day after that I might get some more. Then they might go away the next day.
You need to improve all areas of health, not just rely on supplements, because supplements are just that - something to supplement your already-healthy lifestyle with. It's like when obese people go to McDonalds and order the worst thing on the menu along with a diet coke, it's not going to make much difference.
