Now I'm on Trimethoprim but it's not working and it doesn't seem to be often used for acne. Anyway, I'm seeing a new derm soon, is there any antibiotics I could ask him about which might work?

I've been on lymecycline before which worked at first but then nine months after I finished, the acne cam back. It didn't work a second time.
Now I'm on Trimethoprim but it's not working and it doesn't seem to be often used for acne. Anyway, I'm seeing a new derm soon, is there any antibiotics I could ask him about which might work?
