Hi everyone! Quick question: Can anyone suggest a generic brand BCP that will still help with my acne? I recently changed health insurance and my current birth control (Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo) will now be $60 a month as opposed to the $30 I was paying on my other insurance :( Thanks!

The pharmacist said there is no generic available and my Dr. just said to look at the insurance website and find a lower tier drug... But I need one for acne and one that won't make me gain weight!

When Ortho tri-cyclen went up in price, my doc. switched me to Tri-Sprintec.
