So I've been reading a lot on this forum about the apparent miraculous effects of H&S so I'm thinking of giving it a try but I just have a couple of questions:
1. Which type of h&s do I get? I'm thinking about classic clean because most people seem to use that but do I buy the shampoo + conditioner combined or just the plain shampoo?
2. Do I leave h&s on throughout the day or do I leave it for a few minutes then wash it off?
