I'm starting to take vitamins and i'm just curious if these could be Dangerous.
Vitamin E 90UI a Day
Vitamin C 1000 mg a Day
Vitamin B 2 times a day (Pill)
Coenzyme Q10 complex 2 pills a day
Vitamin D 2000UI a day

Any thoughts?
What Else could i add for a Clearer Face Complextion?
Also for a lighter skin Tone.(:

Do you mean a b-complex? You havn't said how much? Or how much coQ10. But that certainly isn't too much C or D. But you need the C throughout the day. It does no good to take water soluble vitamins once per day.
