Ive been taking several vitamins for almost a year to help my acne...including zinc and vitamin b5. I havent been 'megadosing" as most of the adds suggest you must do to keep down sebum Ive been taking maybe 1-2G per day, if not a bit less . I noticed the past several months my mesntrual cycle has been off, this time it is almost two weeks late!
I havent read this on any official side effects but I have read other women have reported this.
Is this harmful?
No I am not pregnent:-) Quite sure.

I don't know whether or not vitamins can affect your cycle or not, though I would think they can simply because damn near everything can change your cycle. But I can assure you it's not harmful to be late or even skip a period under normal circumstances. If your cycle stops altogether, then you should go to your gyno and talk to him/her. Like I said it's not harmful in itself, but it could be a symptom of many other things including PCOS which is also known to cause acne along with a bunch of other things. But I don't want to make you paranoid. Alot of things can mess with your menstruation and it's perfectly normal.
