Can Anything Change The Viscosity Of The Sebum?

I also suffer from excess oilness, but after 30 years with acne, I think that is not just too much oil in my face, the problem is the viscosity of sebum.

I don`t have inflamatory acne, but I have hard sebum that break my skin. They are like small stones under my skin, and I pick them, and dig them out but after start growing a new hard sebum stone in the same place.

That´s the reason I think if we could change that sebum consistency, we will solve the problem of acne.
