I have been on dans facial and body regimen for a year. The body regimen works great. if i use it consistently i become clear. however, the face regimen improved my skin greatly from where it was a year ago. But it doesnt clear me up totally. So ive read that take antibotics with Benzol peroxide greatly increase the effectiveness. I am making an appointment for the dermatologist and i was wondering which antibotic for acne is the best?

You can actually see your GP for acne-related antibiotics if it's a cheaper option for you (I know it is for me). Doxycycline is a popular one. :)

You could also try implementing alpha hydroxy acid into your regimen at night, that might give it that extra push to clear you up. It's also really good for getting rid of flakiness and some people find that it helps with red marks.

You can still do that if you really want to, remembering that tetracyclines make your skin sensitive to the sun, as do a lot of topicals, so you'll need to be careful about sun exposure and use a moisturizer with SPF.
