Has anybody tried both the head and shoulders wash treatment and the Apple Cider Vinegar one at the same time? Have been trying the Head and Shoulders one for about a month now and acne is still coming back, so I was wondering if doing both at the same time would be a good idea?
Any thoughts anyone?
