Does anyone know if a persons acne could persist just from picking or should it go away regardless with treatment? My acne seems to get pretty clear then i have a picking session and as that heals new pimples appear near the old healing ones like a cycle. I will not pick and see uf this is true. I usually only do white heads and ones really close to surface. Thes dont "spread" as bad a
s the deeper ones i pick. I am afraid ill have to hide my mirrors some how haha

Sinse i do get deeper pimples then just surface ones but not cysts i assume it has something to do with hormones.

Today i picked but only whitheads think 2 might get more infected.
